As soon as you order, we plan an initial training session (by videoconference or on site) for your teams, covering how to get started with CRM and intraoral scanners. You then benefit from regular follow-up and technical support 7 days a week by telephone or integrated chat. Software updates and best practices are shared automatically via our platform, and any questions are answered within 24 business hours.
We make the majority of fixed prostheses (crowns, bridges) in 7 working days from the validation of the impression. For emergencies, an express service (5 days) is offered subject to availability. Removable and orthodontic prostheses are generally ready in 10—12 days, and you receive real-time production monitoring via our CRM. Transport is carried out by courier or express service, with estimated delivery confirmation at each stage.
